After our brief but F-U-N stay at the resort, we drove over to Grammy's house in Boerne. We hung out here for a few days before heading to MeMe's for the 4th of July. The kids had a blast playing in the creek, fishing, riding in the kayaks, and of course swimming! While we were there, my brother Chris flew in from New Mexico and my brother-n-law also flew in from Arizona. It was so fun for us all to be together and I can't believe how perfect the timing for everything worked out. Getting all of us in one place, in the middle of the summer, from 3 states, different work schedules,etc was a challenge, but it all worked out great! I was so happy when my brother called and said he wanted to come to Texas for his week off! It is only once or twice a year that me and my siblings are all together. We cherish these times!
