From playing in the snow to playing on the beach!

We were very lucky this year to have Michelle, Kim, and Jeremiah join us for Thanksgiving this year! They drove all the way down from Indiana to spend the week with us!!! They wanted to go to the beach while they were here since they don't get the chance to do that very often, so last Sunday we headed to Galveston for the day. I'm pretty sure this is the first time we have been down there this time of year, but it was actually very nice. Temps were in the 70s and a slight breeze made a nice touch to the day. We strolled the beach a little, Olivia dug in the sand, and my CRAZY boy even went in the cold water! He just couldn't resist the temptation! After playing on the beach and strolling through the shops on the Strand, we had some yummy seafood before heading home for the day. I told the kids, not many people can say they went from playing in the snow to playing at the beach all within 24 hours! Fun day!
