Saturday morning, I took the kids and headed to Austin to see Mandi and her "crew". When we get together, we have a total of 5 kids between us, 4 of them being boys!!! So naturally, hilarity ensues! We took the kids to a Jumping House on Saturday night and they had a great time jumping, sliding, bouncing, and running off their energy! We had high hopes that the 3 babies would sleep well that night but unfortunately, that was not the case! Between the 3 of them, someone was awake at some point during the night it seemed. So, I decided to stay an extra night and get plenty of rest before heading back to Houston on Monday morning. It was a good decision because we spent Sunday just lounging around while Jonah and Jacob kept busy playing outside on the deck. All the cousins had so much fun playing together!!! And Mandi and I had a great time just being able to catch up and enjoy some wine after everyone was tucked away at night :) Our relationship is so special because not only were we friends first, but now we are cousins as well! What a special treat!! Thanks for having us and we are already looking forward to our next get together!
