Olivia's special day started with 5 balloons in her room when she woke up that morning! After breakfast, she got to open her presents from some family. Jacob got her a Snow White ballerina doll, a new charm for her necklace and some new hair pretties!
Next was a big box from Grandpa...
A cute unicorn purse and an outfit! Right up this girl's alley! Thank you Grandpa!
And last from Mommy and Daddy was a special charm bracelet from James Avery. It had a birthday cake and heart charm on it. I had a special bracelet like this from my mom when I was little and wanted to pass along the tradition to her. I can't wait to add new charms each year!
The rest of the day was spent preparing for her special party that evening! Here are a few pics taken right before the guests arrived. All dressed up and ready to party like a princess!
The girls all dressed up like princesses and it was so cute to see them all! We started with a craft while we were waiting for the special guest to arrive.....
It wasn't long before there was a knock at the door and this was the look on their faces when they saw the surprise. This picture makes me laugh :)
Meeting Snow White!!!
The girls were s excited to see a REAL princess! The first thing they did was get special makeup.
My pretty princess!
After all the girls were dolled up, it was time to learn how to curtsy and wave like a princess.
Olivia even got to be crowned the princess of the royal land for the day!
Next up was some dancing to princess favorites like Ariel, Cinderella, and Belle.
Snow White brought one of her special books to read to the girls. As you can see, Olivia was really into it! The whole time she was reading, Olivia kept commenting on things and saying things like. "That's you!" It was so cute!
When the story ended it was time for party games like freeze and limbo.
Picture time!
Birthday singalong and group hug....
Getting ready to say goodbye. I was scared she would get upset, but she handled it great!
Once Snow White left, it was time to eat and do cake!
Happy Birthday to you...happy birthday to you.....
Thankfully someone reminded me to take a family picture before the kids dug into the icing :)
And last but not least, presents!
Thank you friends that came and shared Olivia's special day with us! It means so much to us. Great memories that will last a long time! It was a truly magical day!
