The wedding was in New Orleans and we had so much fun with old friends....old meaning I have known most of these girls since elementary school! Here is a picture of Molly and her dad at the hotel before we left for the rehearsal.

The bridesmaids.....
The rehearsal dinner was at Pat O'Briens and couldn't have been more fun! We were adorned in beads as soon as we walked in!
Everyone in the bridal party got masks to wear at the reception. Such a fun gift and true reflection of the city!
On Bourbon Street
The next day we woke up and ordered room service in bed. Such a treat! Craig and I walked around the French Quarter and bought the kids' souvenirs and just enjoyed time together strolling the streets. Luckily, the rain moved on and by lunch time the sun was shining and it was the perfect weather for an outdoor wedding! Here is the beautiful bride and me!
Limo ride to the wedding! Here comes the bride.....
Vows
I was honored that Molly & Larry asked me to read some scripture during the ceremony.
The bride and groom!!!

Molly Stanga + Larry Wilkie = Stankie
They both had the biggest smiles on their faces all night and it was evident these two were a perfect match! The reception was filled with good fun, good music, and good friends. Everything was beautiful and such a reflection of this great couple! The pictures don't even do justice for how pretty and how FUN everything was. Great night!
The next day we got up and walked to Cafe Du Monde with Sally and Daniel for their infamous beignets. We waited in line for over 30 minutes just to get in and then another 30 minutes to order. It was SO worth it!
Since breakfast took so long, we headed straight to lunch with Gaby and Ray afterwards :) Seafood on a balcony in the Quarter with friends and hubbies!
We walked around Jackson Square, taking in all the sights and sounds of New Orleans. Since eating seemed to be the main goal goal for the day, next we headed to our last event...the Crawfish Boil! Some friends of Molly and Larry hosted the event at their house and it was fantastic. Complete with all the crawfish you can eat, open bar and live music!

Whew, sadly all good things must come to an end and it was time to head home. We were greeted by two eager faces that were happy to see us! Souvenirs were a hit.....
BIG BIG thanks to my MeMe and Ben for keeping the kids for us. We are so appreciative of them holding down the fort, sitting in car lines, making lunches & dinners and entertaining our monkeys while we were gone. We love you :)
