A Great Visit

Angel, Alex and the kids came for a quick but FUN visit. They were in San Antonio for a wedding and made a side trip to Houston, which we are so thankful for! The kids had so much fun just playing and taking advantage of spending time together. We are blessed that all the kids get along so well. We did arts and crafts, played at the park, and went to the pumpkin patch. Add in soccer practice and eating out a few times and it was a fast and furious trip. However, we are grateful for the time we had together since it doesn't happen very often. Jacob even got to "play hooky" for 2 days! Shhhhh don't tell!

The weather was absolutely gorgeous so we took advantage and went to the park twice!

The next day the kids put on their Halloween shirts and we headed to a small pumpkin patch. There weren't very many pumpkins, but we still had a good time. And of course, there were lots of photo opportunities :)
Can't wait until Christmas when we see you all again......now hurry up December!
